The Perfect Little House Company was created to provide homes designed to promote a sense of place and character that will nurture you and your family. We are committed to many of the ideals represented by traditional neighborhoods and are confident the designs you find on our pages will charm you. Perfect Little House Company homes favor design quality and comfort over excessive square footage. Spaces within our homes offer multiple uses in an intimate and calming environment.
In today's focus on sustainability, we design homes that are perfectly sized for individuals, couples, growing families and downsizing retirees. Our plans of single family residences are based on incorporating generous and useful front porches as an extension of the living space. Exterior spaces framed by edges of the houses create private exterior rooms that work well with neighboring buildings. Many of our house designs feature areas where pre-planned expansion may be integrated. A variety of layout alternatives coupled with an optional sustainable construction materials and methods specification offer a responsible and exciting approach to living in a Perfect Little House Company home. The great room concept is highlighted and scaled as a perfect space for family interaction or intimate conversations. Recalling vernacular traditional cottage architecture, our designs respect and integrate proper detailing and scale.
